In April, Saskatchewan’s health system leaders and a variety of partners from other sectors met in Regina for the latest round of “Connecting the Dots”. It’s a regular planning and evaluation session for health system leaders, with support from key partners from education, labour, First Nations, Metis and federal and municipal governments, among others. Participants set health system priorities and plan how to work together to achieve them.
This planning process is a key part of health system transformation for creating a truly patient and family centred health system that provides better health, better care, better value and better teams for Saskatchewan people. Connecting the Dots VI was held in Regina April 17th and 18th, 2013.
